MLS requirements and agreements

MLS Requirements:

Part of this program is the ability to display virtually all listings from your member MLS on your website (IDX).
All of these listings are branded by you so you get all the leads regardless of the listing agent or broker!
In order to obtain this portion of your service, some MLSs have additional requirements that you need to comply with.
There may or may not be charges payable to the MLS associated with these requirements. Again, without compliance
with these requirements, we will not be able to activate the IDX search on your website; therefore, please review the list
of MLS's below and follow the instructions on the consequent pages:

• Central Jersey MLS (Formerly Middlesex County MLS)
• Empire Access MLS (Formerly Known as Westchester-Putnam MLS)
• Garden State MLS
• Hudson County MLS
• Hudson Gateway (Formerly Greater Hudson Valley MLS)
• Lehigh Valley MLS
• Monmouth MLS
• New Jersey MLS
• Smart MLS (Formerly CMLS)
• South Jersey Shore Regional MLS
• Ulster County MLS

The following MLS's do not currently require a contract or payment. Therefore, the only requirement in order to activate them, is the Agent ID they have assigned you. If you do not know your Agent ID, please contact your MLS:

• Bright MLS (includes Trend MLS data)
• Jersey Shore MLS (Ocean County Board)
• MidHudson MLS
• Cape May MLS
