I had the power company put in several power poles and bring power from the town houses down the street.(I have spent more than $80,000 on electrical upgrades) 9) New air compressor install installed 10) hot water installed in the wash bay 11) built a wall to separate Edinburg Corrosion Control and break up the building for multiple rents. 12) built a 26 x 25 mezzanine in the back corner of the shop. 13) there is a brand new mezzanine sitting outside the building, waiting to get installed. It is 15â wide, L-shaped and 45â long per leg. Approximately 1200 sq ft at 200psi per sq ft 14) 45,000 pound lift installed in Edinburg Corrosion Control, and a 12,000 pound lift next to that. 15) Survey done and fence built in back. 16) $100k roof installed on main building by Skyline Roofing 17) $20k new roof on wash bay by Highest Roofing 18) 500 sq ft mezzanine plus another one that is 1600 sq ft that isn't installed at this time. Every light in the main building has been upgraded to LEDs
